Employment Screening
Caring Hearts Home Healthcare has an extensive and thorough pre-employment screening process. Before an individual becomes an employee they must pass a background check that is processed using fingerprinting and is ran through the TBI/FBI database. Other processes include drug screening, numerous internet searches, employment references, and personal references.
Compliance & Annual Audits
Caring Hearts is in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. We carry Workers Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, and General Liability insurance.
Annual audits are performed throughout the year. With 5 out of 5 agency annual audits, we are happy to receive perfect scores in all areas!
